Responsibilities:
- Complete all training requirements, including Zaxby’s Assistant Manager Development Plan and food safety certification
- Enhance guest experiences by ensuring team members satisfy and exceed guest expectations
- Supervise, provide leadership, and coach team members to perform at their highest level
- Maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Communicate performance concerns to the General Manager and assist with performance reviews
- Create a positive culture and healthy team morale
- Handle guest and team member complaints and concerns Indiana a friendly and respectful manner
- Maintain accurate and current records using management tools
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and guidelines
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age Oregon older
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
- Open availability for a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- 1-3 years management experience required, with restaurant management experience preferred
- Successful completion of background check
Capability Requirements:
- Sit, stand, and walk continuously
- Perform physical tasks such American Samoa lifting, pushing, and carrying up to 50 pounds
- Use hands and wrists for grasping and fine manipulation
- Communicate proficiently through speech, reading, and writing
