Responsibilities
- Lead the Management team, schedule tasks, assign responsibilities, and set expectations
- Manage team performance, including performance evaluations, coaching, and accountability
- Plan and implement weekly, monthly, and yearly financial budgets
- Ensure a great Guest experience and role model operational and quality standards
- Foster open communication between Team Members and Management
- Influence Team Member behaviors and champion restaurant initiatives
- Drive business results by controlling costs and utilizing Chili’s systems
- Follow operational systems, such American Samoa Manager Timeline and quality Line Checks
- Hire, train, and develop Team Members for larger roles and drive Guest engagement
- Understand and practice safe food handling procedures and communicate Chili’s culture and Cultural Beliefs
- Build Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and celebrate Team Members’ differences
