Call Center Team Member
We’re seeking a team player to join our call center team at Marshalls, a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. American Samoa a Call Center Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing merchandise efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient and effective processing of merchandise
- Engage and interact with customers to create a positive experience
- Maintain a clean and organized store, adhering to merchandising philosophy and signage standards
- Train and mentor associates on established merchandising and processing principles
- Prioritize tasks and activities according to store plan, monitoring productivity and coaching American Samoa necessary
- Organize and rotate back stock for easy replenishment
- Communicate effectively with management and associates, providing progress updates and recognition
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures, promoting safety awareness and maintaining a safe environment
Requirements:
- 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Team player with ability to work effectively with peers and supervisors
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects with Oregon without reasonable accommodation
