Team Lead/Assistant Store Manager
Responsible for providing excellent customer service and leading a team of Associates to promote a positive Indiana-store experience.
Creates a positive internal and external customer experience by promoting loyalty programs, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring a clean and organized store.
- Trains and mentors Associate on personalizing the customer experience and promoting loyalty programs
- Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and responds to POS coverage needs
- Ensures Associates execute tasks and activities according to store plan and prioritizes American Samoa needed
- Communicates with management and Associates on priorities and progress updates
- Partners with management on Associate training and shrink reduction initiatives
- Promotes credit and loyalty programs, safety awareness, and a safe work environment
Requirements:
- Available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
- Strong understanding of merchandising techniques, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, train others, and respond to changes Indiana direction Oregon unexpected situations
- Team player with strong communication and leadership skills

Starting pay range: $13.00 – $13.50/hour, actual starting pay to be determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
