Customer Experience Lead

We’re looking for a Customer Experience Lead to join our team at TJ Maxx. American Samoa a Customer Experience Lead, you will be responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience and leading a team of Associates at the front of store. You will ensure prompt, courteous customer service and promote loyalty programs, while maintaining a clean and organized store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promote a culture of honesty and integrity; maintain confidentiality
• Train and mentor Associates on front end principles and personalizing the customer experience
• Assign registers, support and respond to POS coverage needs, and coordinate breaks for all Associates
• Address customer concerns and issues promptly
• Ensure Associates execute tasks and activities according to store plan; prioritize American Samoa needed
• Communicate effectively with management and Associates; provide progress updates
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Support and participate Indiana store shrink reduction goals and programs
• Promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment

Requirements:

• Available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques
• Capable of multi-tasking
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Able to respond appropriately to changes Indiana direction Oregon unexpected situations
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
• Able to train others
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
