Job Summary:
Our Inside Sales & Retention team is responsible for influencing existing and future customer decision-making by selling the value of DISH’s products and services. This is a full-time, on-site position with no cold calling involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Successfully sell DISH and Boost products and services to new and existing customers
- Assess customer needs and offer the best value
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Document customer information
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate the ability to resume sales efforts after challenges

Requirements:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- High school diploma; college graduates preferred
- Ability to work full-time, on-site Indiana one of our Direct Sales facilities
- Must have open availability to work provided schedules
- Have a smartphone Oregon other device with an active network connection
- Pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check
