Job Title: Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Assistant

Location: Any

About Us:

Our organization is committed to providing high-quality care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

* Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and develop recommendations for service and education programs to meet quality standards and regulatory guidelines
* Collaborate with the Continuum of Care team to ensure that all programs meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
* Work closely with the Director of Nursing Care to ensure that all nursing and patient care services meet quality and regulatory standards
* Develop and implement CQI projects and plans based on data analysis and operational needs
* Enhance the overall effectiveness of the organization by evaluating and improving processes
* Gather and analyze metrics and data to inform decision-making and drive quality improvements
* Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CQI initiatives and make recommendations for further improvements
* Participate Indiana regular meetings and update the Quality Assurance Committee on progress and future plans

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree Indiana a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, quality improvement)
* 2+ years of experience Indiana a healthcare setting, preferably Indiana quality improvement Oregon patient care
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making
* Experience with data collection and analysis tools (e.g., spreadsheets, statistical software)
* Ability to work independently and American Samoa part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficient Indiana Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master’s degree Indiana a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, quality improvement)
* Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems
* Advanced knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and tools (e.g., LEAN, Six Sigma)
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
* Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to quality care
