Job Summary
The Roofing Manager will lead the development and growth of SERVPRO’s roofing service line, staying ahead of market trends, understanding customer needs, and business plan development. This role requires leading cross-functional teams, conducting market research, and developing strategies that align with company objectives. The Roofing Manager will report to the Director of Service Line Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a cross-functional team Indiana developing and implementing a roofing service line strategy aligned with company objectives
- Conduct market research to identify user personas, trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis Indiana the roofing industry
- Develop and implement end-to-end service development, including a business growth model, organizational structure, and training programs
- Ensure roofing services meet regulatory, safety, and quality requirements
- Optimize roofing material offerings with procurement teams
- Create and deliver training materials and presentations for franchises
- Gather and analyze customer and market feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support franchises, Franchise Business Consultants, and Regional Directors of Operations to improve franchise performance and growth
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience Indiana the roofing business, preferably with field experience
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, estimating processes, installation processes, and industry regulations
- Strong analytical skills and experience with business finances and operations
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with multiple levels within the organization
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience briefing and collaborating with senior leaders
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana business administration, project management, construction management, Oregon related field; Oregon comparable experience Indiana a construction management role
