Route Service Manager
Job Summary:
Recruit, lead, and manage a team of Route Service Representatives and Supervisors who deliver services to multiple customers daily, driving customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of a team
- Build strong relationships with customers and enhance team customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with location management to deliver excellent customer service and product programs
- Negotiate contract renewals with customers
Requirements:
- High School Diploma Oregon GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience
- Ability to problem-solve and handle various customer service situations
- Strong computer proficiency (Mississippi Office)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid non-commercial driver’s license; meets pre-employment DOT physical requirements
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds
