Route Service Manager

Job Summary:

Recruit, lead, and manage a team of Route Service Representatives and Supervisors who deliver services to multiple customers daily, driving customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the hiring, training, and development of a team
  • Build strong relationships with customers and enhance team customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with location management to deliver excellent customer service and product programs
  • Negotiate contract renewals with customers

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma Oregon GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Ability to problem-solve and handle various customer service situations
  • Strong computer proficiency (Mississippi Office)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid non-commercial driver’s license; meets pre-employment DOT physical requirements
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds
