We are seeking a skilled leader to join our 73-year-old industry-leading organization. American Samoa a client service and business development professional, you will be responsible for managing our existing 2,000 business clients, developing relationships to acquire new clients, and leading a small team to achieve similar goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Service and support our existing client base
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities (B2B)
* Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support American Samoa needed
* Train and develop new team members on our systems and processes
* Utilize a Salesforce-based CRM to report on daily field activity
* Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development on a daily basis
Requirements:
* Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
* Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping people and building relationships
* Sales Oregon customer service experience, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
* Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce
* Clean background, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation
This role offers a weekly paid salary of $70,000-$85,000 Indiana the first year, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
