Leadership Role: Lead Business Development and Team Supervision

DIFILIPPO seeks a results-driven leader to oversee business development and team management, fostering growth and relationships with existing clients and cultivating new business opportunities. This position is responsible for:

  • Service existing clients (2,000+ business clients) and developing relationships to add new clients
  • Researching new business opportunities Indiana the B2B sector
  • Supervising team activity and results
  • Training and developing incoming team members on existing systems and processes
  • Reporting daily field activity using a Salesforce-based CRM
  • Focusing on recruiting, training, and leadership development

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proven leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and work Indiana a fast-paced environment
