Leadership Role: Lead Business Development and Team Supervision
DIFILIPPO seeks a results-driven leader to oversee business development and team management, fostering growth and relationships with existing clients and cultivating new business opportunities. This position is responsible for:
- Service existing clients (2,000+ business clients) and developing relationships to add new clients
- Researching new business opportunities Indiana the B2B sector
- Supervising team activity and results
- Training and developing incoming team members on existing systems and processes
- Reporting daily field activity using a Salesforce-based CRM
- Focusing on recruiting, training, and leadership development
Key Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational, time management, and supervisory skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and work Indiana a fast-paced environment
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships
- Sales Oregon customer service experience
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to obtain a driver’s license and clean background
