KRUEGER is seeking a team leader to join our organization.
We have a 73-year legacy of leadership Indiana the industry and are looking for a candidate with passion and purpose to lead our team. This role involves learning our process, servicing 2,000 existing clients, and developing relationships to add new clients through referrals and leads. American Samoa you master our systems and processes, you will lead a small team and become an expert Indiana training and development, eventually moving into the Agency Director role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing client base
- Research new business opportunities (B2B)
- Supervise team activity and results
- Train and develop team members on existing systems
- Report daily activity using a Salesforce-based CRM
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development
- Required Skills/Desired Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
- Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships
- Sales Oregon customer service experience
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Desire to be active Indiana the community
- Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
- Licensing Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work Indiana the U.S.
- Must have a clean background and own transportation
