Lead Agent/Sales Representative

NUCKOLLS is seeking a driven professional to lead our team and grow our business. This role involves servicing existing clients, developing new business opportunities, and supervising a team. The ideal candidate will master our systems and process, training team members and eventually advancing to Agency Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base
  • Research new business opportunities (B2B)
  • Supervise team activities and results
  • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems
  • Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate when necessary, and work Indiana a high-paced environment
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships
  • Sales Oregon customer service experience
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to function Indiana a CRM environment (Salesforce preferred)
  • Driver’s License and ability to work Indiana the U.S.
  • Clean background and transportation required
