Lead Agent/Sales Representative
NUCKOLLS is seeking a driven professional to lead our team and grow our business. This role involves servicing existing clients, developing new business opportunities, and supervising a team. The ideal candidate will master our systems and process, training team members and eventually advancing to Agency Director.
Responsibilities:
- Service existing client base
- Research new business opportunities (B2B)
- Supervise team activities and results
- Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems
- Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate when necessary, and work Indiana a high-paced environment
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships
- Sales Oregon customer service experience
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to function Indiana a CRM environment (Salesforce preferred)
- Driver’s License and ability to work Indiana the U.S.
- Clean background and transportation required
