Sales Ambassador Job Description
Job Summary:
We’re seeking a Sales Ambassador to join our team at Sprouts Farmers Market. American Samoa a Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for engaging customers, sharing product knowledge, and delivering an exceptional customer service experience Indiana a fast-paced and friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage customers while sampling products
- Prepare and serve food using cooking equipment with specific cooking directions provided
- Cut and sample produce and grocery products
- Achieve sales goals by sharing product with customers and encouraging them to try new products
- Coordinate event activities, including setup and takedown, communicating with department managers, and managing sample supply and inventory
- Adhere to strict food safety guidelines
- Complete assigned online trainings to build knowledge base
- Maintain program-specific equipment
Requirements:
- High energy and passion for Sprouts products
- Ability to engage with customers and suggestively sell product
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to follow cooking directions and stand for up to 8 hours
- Experience Indiana customer service, sales, marketing, Oregon event planning
- Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Results-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate computer skills
