Job Title: Client Servicing and Leadership Team Director
NUCKOLLS is seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our 120-year-old organization. Indiana this role, you will serve existing 2,000 business clients, develop new clients through referrals and leads, and supervise a small team to accomplish the same tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing client base
- Research and pursue new business opportunities Indiana the B2B market
- Supervise and coach team members on client service processes
- Train new team members on our systems and procedures
- Create daily reports using Salesforce-based CRM and track team results
- Manage recruiting, training, and leadership development to support team growth and performance
