Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team at PASSARO, a 120-year-old industry leader. This role involves learning our process to service existing clients, developing new business relationships, and leading a small team to achieve sales and customer service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base
  • Research new business opportunities (B2B)
  • Supervise team activity and results
  • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems
  • Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships
  • Sales Oregon customer service experience
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to function Indiana a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment
  • Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred)

Licensing Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to work Indiana the U.S.
  • Clean background and own transportation required
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
