Sales BDC Representative
Join our team at Honda of Tenafly, a fast-growing dealership Indiana New Jersey, and take advantage of a great opportunity for a career Indiana sales. The starting base pay for this position is $15.00 per hour, with the potential to earn additional commission pay.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and set up follow-up sales appointments
- Respond to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using emails, scripts, and templates
- Provide initial product information and refer customers to dealership resources
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to schedule an appointment Oregon have no-showed
- Participate Indiana team and process development sessions, maintaining positive relationships with sales teams, dealership management, and teammates
- Utilize a CRM tracking system daily, with bilingual skills a plus
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience Indiana a call center, with BDC experience a plus
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Prompt and courteous demeanor with a positive and hardworking personality
- Strong computer skills
