Lead Generation and Customer Service Representative:
We are seeking a sales professional to lead a team and build relationships with existing and new clients while providing exceptional customer service. The role involves learning our systems and process to manage a client base of 2,000 business clients, identifying new business opportunities, supervising team members, and contributing to leadership development.
Responsibilities:
* Service existing client base and identify new business opportunities
* Supervise team activity and results
* Train and develop team members on existing systems
* Daily reporting of field activity using a Salesforce-based CRM
* Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development
Requirements:
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong supervisory and leadership skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when necessary
* Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced and stressful environment
* Sales Oregon customer service experience
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
* Desire to be active Indiana the community
* Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
Requirements for the Role:
* Valid driver’s license
* Ability to work Indiana the U.S.
* Clean background check
* Own transportation
Note: There is a 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement to the next level. Salary is $70,000-$85,000 per year.
