Job Summary:
Bradley Gray is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead a team Indiana servicing existing clients and developing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing 2,000 business clients
- Research new business opportunities (B2B)
- Supervise team activity and results
- Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems
- Provide daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
- Ability to function well Indiana a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships
- Sales Oregon customer service experience

Licensing Requirements:
