Job Summary:

Bradley Gray is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead a team Indiana servicing existing clients and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and leadership skills, with a passion for building relationships and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing 2,000 business clients
  • Research new business opportunities (B2B)
  • Supervise team activity and results
  • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
  • Ability to function well Indiana a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships
  • Sales Oregon customer service experience
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

  • Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred)

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver’s License and ability to work Indiana the U.S.
  • Clean background and own transportation
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
