Job Title: Call Center Leader
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated leader to join our team, with a passion for customer service and sales. This role involves learning our 120-year-old company’s process, servicing existing 2,000 business clients, and developing relationships with new clients. American Samoa a leader, you will also supervise a small team, train new members, and use our systems and processes to achieve success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing client base and develop relationships with new clients
- Supervise team activity and results
- Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems
- Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development
- Meet key performance indicators and deadlines
- Utilize strong time management and organizational skills
- Prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
- Function well Indiana a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships
- Sales Oregon customer service experience
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Desire to be active Indiana the community
- Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
- Driver’s License and ability to work Indiana the U.S. required
Compensation:
- Paid weekly, average $70,000-$85,000 per year Indiana the first year
