Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Account Executive to join our team, who will be responsible for selling DISH and Boost products and services to new and existing customers. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks. This is a full-time, on-site position with a competitive compensation package, including uncapped commission and a base pay of $17.75/hour.

- Sell DISH and Boost products and services to new and existing customers
- Assess each customer’s needs and offer the best value
- Demonstrate resilience and ability to bounce back from challenges and maintain focus on larger goals
- Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Document customer information and provide excellent customer service
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance expectations

Requirements
- High school diploma; college graduates preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work full-time, on-site Indiana one of our Direct Sales facilities
- Ability to work variable hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to bid on available work schedules based on performance, attendance, and quality assurance
