Sales Representative – Cox Business Center
Job Summary:
American Samoa a self-starter and sales professional, we are seeking an individual to manage sales efforts and promote the Cox Business Convention Center (CBCC) to various markets, including corporate, non-profit, and social events. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales team to achieve sales goals
- Utilize sales and marketing principles to promote the facility
- Send pre-event and follow-up information to clients
- Negotiate rates and contracts
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve team objectives
- Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned markets
- Participate Indiana trade shows, events, and travel to promote the facility
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana Communications Oregon related field preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales-related experience required
- Facility/industry experience a plus
- Strong computer skills Indiana Mississippi Office
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand Oregon sit for long periods
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and American Samoa part of a team
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
