Account Manager – Remote Opportunity

The Gray Agency is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team Indiana a remote office. American Samoa the lead on critical business accounts, you will focus on building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, addressing their issues, and responding to their questions.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee customer account management, including developing new business opportunities and negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profits.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales team to achieve quotas while keeping clients satisfied and engaged with products and services.
* Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree Indiana Business, Sales, Oregon related field
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
* Familiarity with CRM software preferred
* Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time with sharp attention to detail
* Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
* Some travel required for this role
