Job Title: Sales and Team Leadership Position

Company Overview: VIRELLA is a 120-year-old industry leader seeking a motivated individual to lead our sales efforts and develop a small team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead a small team Indiana servicing existing clients and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a leader who can train and develop incoming team members, prioritize tasks, and delegate effectively. They will also be responsible for daily reporting and recruiting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base
  • Research new business opportunities (B2B)
  • Supervise team activity and results
  • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems
  • Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
  • Daily focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
  • Ability to function well Indiana a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships
  • Sales Oregon customer service experience
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
  • Driver’s License and ability to work Indiana the U.S. required
  • Clean background and own transportation required
