Job Title: Sales and Operations Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Service existing client base of 2,000 business clients
- Research new business opportunities through referrals and leads
- Supervise and manage a small team to achieve results
- Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes
- Provide daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development
- Utilize strong organizational skills, time management, and prioritization to meet deadlines and delegate tasks American Samoa needed
