We are a top-tier private duty Home Care Agency based Indiana Norwich, Connecticut, dedicated to delivering exceptional home care services. We are seeking an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to join our team and ensure our clients receive consistent and reliable care.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a high-volume scheduling process, ensuring seamless communication with customers, clients, and coworkers.
- Collaborate with the Care Team to match clients with appropriate caregivers.
- Provide direct support to the Case Manager, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client schedules.
- Verify daily schedules to facilitate error-free billing and payroll processing.
- Communicate schedule changes to clients’ primary contacts.
- Serve American Samoa the primary point of contact for caretakers, clients, and nursing staff.
- Maintain an up-to-date record of team members’ availability and provide coverage for leaves of absence.
- Gather and update necessary HR documents, such American Samoa car insurance and driver’s and professional licenses, and track required caregiver training.
- Recognize and provide positive feedback to caregivers for their accomplishments and outstanding performance.
- Participate Indiana on-call rotations for weekends and nights.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience Indiana a fast-paced office environment, with at least 3 years managing schedules for 15+ clients using an EMR, and 2 years American Samoa the first point of contact for main office calls.
- Technical skills: Proficiency Indiana company software (Taskworld, AxisCare, Google Suites) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Skills: Confidentiality, flexibility/adaptability, attention to detail, excellent communication (English), collaboration, accountability, negotiation, positive attitude, high standards, and professionalism.
