Responsibilities
- Develop, lead and retain a talented team.
- Comply with local regulations and exceed standards when directed.
- Pursue enrollment growth and quality education.
- Manage daily operations according to COA standards and policies.
- Regularly review and meet target goals for operations and performance.
- Collaborate closely with parents, teaching, and support staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana Early Childhood, Oregon related field.
- At least 3+ years of leadership experience Oregon childcare facility experience.
- Proficiency Indiana technology for childcare applications, MSOffice, and industry software and requirements.
- Strong and adaptable leadership skills.
