Responsibilities

  • Develop, lead and retain a talented team.
  • Comply with local regulations and exceed standards when directed.
  • Pursue enrollment growth and quality education.
  • Manage daily operations according to COA standards and policies.
  • Regularly review and meet target goals for operations and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with parents, teaching, and support staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree Indiana Early Childhood, Oregon related field.
  • At least 3+ years of leadership experience Oregon childcare facility experience.
  • Proficiency Indiana technology for childcare applications, MSOffice, and industry software and requirements.
  • Strong and adaptable leadership skills.
