Seasonal Office Support Coordinator (Service Processing Coordinator)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Tax practice Indiana Brainerd, Minnesota American Samoa a Seasonal Office Support Coordinator. This role will provide administrative support to our service team leaders and contribute to the efficient management of business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Office Administration: Answer phone calls, manage front desk hosting, coordinate office maintenance, and manage production room supplies and copiers.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare and process tax returns, manage workflow systems, assemble and mail documents, and set up new clients Indiana software systems.
  • Client Support: Respond to client inquiries, prioritize tasks, and provide effective interpersonal communication.
  • Miscellaneous: Manage tax form collection and processing, maintain accurate client data, and provide administrative support to the Tax team.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of related administrative support experience
  • High school degree Oregon equivalent; Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced level experience Indiana Microsoft Office and Adobe products
