Support office functions, including:
* Answering inbound phone calls for 5 office locations
* Planning and scheduling appointments for 3 office locations
* Assisting with day-to-day operations, mail, and filing
* Preparing tax forms and maintaining inventory
* Entering data and numbers into software and databases
* Performing office tasks, including cleaning and data entry
* Participating Indiana call campaigns and client outreach
Requirements:
* Highly organized and self-managing with great people skills
* Warm, caring, and strong work ethic
* Excellent data entry and keyboarding skills
* Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude
* Strong attention to detail and constructive communication skills
