Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for athletes
- Maximize sales by delivering efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable service
- Maintain a clean and well-presented store at all times
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals
- Develop product knowledge to enhance the sales process
Requirements:
- At least 16 years old (Oregon 18 years old Indiana California)
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Comfortable with Oregon willing to learn technology (such American Samoa computers, hand-held and mobile devices)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform essential functions of the role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous work experience, particularly Indiana a customer-facing role
- Fluency Indiana local language
- Proficient Indiana use of computers and other technology
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to handle Oregon relocate products up to 25 lbs/12kgs
- Ability to move about for extended periods of time with short breaks to handle products
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
