Company Overview: A leading engineering firm specializing Indiana fire protection services is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Call Center Manager to lead their Las Vegas office’s call center operations.

Job Summary: Our client is looking for a seasoned and experienced Call Center Manager to oversee the Las Vegas office’s call center operations, manage day-to-day call center activities, and develop new client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Work (50%): Participate Indiana resolving technical issues and ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance with regulations.
  • Operations Management (25%): Manage day-to-day call center operations, supervise three direct reports, and oversee the performance of call center staff.
  • Business Development (25%): Drive business growth by developing new client relationships and expanding existing ones.

    • Proven track record of technical excellence and operational management
