Position Title: Call Center Representative

Description: Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone and email communications, resolving customer inquiries and issues Indiana a timely and professional manner, and meeting performance metrics.
Requirements:
• High school diploma Oregon equivalent required; associate’s Oregon bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-2 years of call center experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Proficient Indiana CRM software and other customer service tools
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with upselling and cross-selling
• Knowledge of customer service software and systems

• 2+ years of experience Indiana a call center environment
Responsibilities:
• Answer and resolve customer inquiries Indiana a timely and professional manner
• Meet performance metrics, including but not limited to: handle time, abandonment rate, and first call resolution rate
• Utilize CRM software and other customer service tools to document and track customer interactions
• Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email communications
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers
• Meet performance metrics, including but not limited to: handle time, abandonment rate, and first call resolution rate.
