Senior Oracle Systems Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Systems Engineer to design, build, and maintain the environments and infrastructure that provide development, deployment, applications, and services that support GXO’s global financial systems. This role focuses on automating and optimizing cloud and on-premises environments, ensuring reliability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Oracle Identity Cloud Service (OIC) environments, configure and administer OIC policies, identity providers, and access management settings.
  • Manage and maintain Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments, monitor and optimize OCI resources, including compute, storage, and networking.
  • Implement and maintain security policies and practices within OCI environments, setup and maintain the OCI vault.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to plan and perform releases, provide technical support and guidance to end users and development teams.
  • Document procedures, policies, and configurations for OIC and OCI environments, stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies Indiana cloud computing.
  • Work closely with other financial platform administrators, plan and execute cloud-related projects, including migrations and upgrades.
  • Ensure smooth implementation and deployment of new services and features, partner with other IT infrastructure teams on network and security initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree Indiana Computer Science, Information Technology, Oregon related field; Oregon equivalent related work Oregon military experience.
  • 2 years of experience Indiana administering Oracle Identity Cloud Service (OIC), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Oracle Integration Cloud/ODI.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices, proficiency Indiana scripting languages such American Samoa Python, Bash, PowerShell and/Oregon VBCS.
  • Experience with cloud management and monitoring tools, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, experience with Single Sign On, MFA, and Azure.
  • Technical familiarity with Oracle Fusion, OBN, EPBCS, HFM, EDM, experience with network and security protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience Indiana administering Oracle Identity Cloud Service (OIC), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Oracle Integration Cloud/ODI.
  • Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect).
  • Experience with various components of the CI/CD pipeline tools such American Samoa GiT, Jenkins, Puppet, Bamboo, BitBucket, Maven.
