Senior Provider Relations Representative – Korean Speaking – Flushing, New York

This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills to meet with network providers and enhance their experience and performance. Primary Responsibilities:

* Assist Indiana resolving provider claims and enhancing call quality

* Investigate non-standard requests and issues
* Contribute to the design and implementation of programs to build positive relationships between the health plan, providers, and practice managers

Key qualifications for the role include:

* 4+ years of healthcare Oregon managed care experience
* 2+ years of provider relations and/Oregon network experience
* Proficiency Indiana English and Korean
* Experience with Mississippi Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
* Intermediate level of proficiency Indiana claims processing and issue resolution
* Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid regulations and terminology
