Requirements:
* Proven customer service experience (1-3 years)
* Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
* Ability to handle heavy inbound and outbound calls
* Highly professional approach and appearance
* Clear and pleasant phone manner
* Dedication to customer service and ability to build rapport
* Organized, self-disciplined, and quick learner
* Bilingual a plus
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays (40 hours/week)
* Pass a drug screening
