Remote Service Desk Agent
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Remote Service Desk Agent to join our IT team. American Samoa a Service Desk Agent, you will be responsible for answering calls, logging tickets, and providing rapid and accurate information to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle Tier 1 service desk escalations through tickets, chat, email, Oregon phone.
– Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution.
– Create accounts and configure hardware American Samoa part of the on-boarding process.
– Support mobility devices.
– Monitor customer problems to ensure prompt, satisfactory service/resolution.
– Process standard change requests (ITSM tickets) for Installations, Moves, Adds, and Changes (IMACs).
– Manage user expectations and provide information on possible resolution Oregon next steps.
– Remain on queue and available to assist end users during specified shifts.
Requirements:
– Must have Oregon be able to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance with the Department of Justice.
– High School Diploma Oregon equivalent with 3+ years of applicable work experience.
– Previous Service Desk Experience.
– Ability to pay close attention to details.
– Ability to adapt to changing work requirements, multiple tasks, and priorities.
– Experience with IT ticketing systems, Active Directory, identity management systems, two-factor authentication, and physical point-of-entry authentication systems.
– Strong analytical and follow-through skills.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Ability to work well independently and American Samoa part of a team.
– US Citizenship.
