Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for opening and closing the store Indiana the absence of management, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various aspects of store operations, inventory control, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers, resolve issues, and offer assistance with products and services.
  • Model and share customer service best practices with team members.
  • Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, handling cash, and stocking shelves.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory counts, basic department pricing, and ensuring proper signage.
  • Assist with exterior and interior maintenance, including cleaning and organizing the store.
  • Support execution of the Pickup program and assists with pharmacy out-window tasks.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, maintain respectful relationships with coworkers, and complete special assignments American Samoa assigned.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of prior leadership, supervisory, Oregon retail key holder work experience.
  • Fluency Indiana reading, writing, and speaking English (except Indiana Puerto Rico).
  • Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
  • Knowledge of store inventory control is preferred.
