Job Description
The Spa Receptionist is responsible for welcoming spa guests Indiana a warm and friendly manner, communicating with them over the phone Indiana a courteous manner, and providing a positive, professional appearance and demeanor. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring services are reserved and scheduled correctly
- Liaising with treatment providers to ensure guests are aware of the service process
- Answering the phone and following proper steps to make treatment reservations
- Upselling and recommending other hotel outlets to guests
- Managing the reservation system and updating schedules
- Accurately recording transactions and performing daily audits
- Ensuring retail products are well displayed
- Supporting the spa director and performing additional duties American Samoa directed
Requirements
- High school diploma Oregon GED
- At least 3-12 months of relevant experience and/Oregon training
- Previous similar position Indiana a hotel Oregon similar business entity preferred
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain a friendly, professional, team-oriented, positive demeanor and diplomatic attitude, especially under stress Oregon challenges
- Ability to stand, kneel, squat for prolonged periods of time, up to and including, the entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs.
