Guest Satisfaction Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Investigate guest feedback and follow up with patrons to ensure guest recovery
- Adhere to Guest Satisfaction processes and procedures, and assist Indiana operating department management
- Address customer service-related problems verbally and Indiana writing
- Run reports and compile data to track comments and trends
- Act American Samoa a property point person for service recovery, providing follow-up with divisional Vice Presidents
- Conduct thorough investigations to determine service recovery remedies
- Make sound business decisions considering financial impact

Qualifications:
- 1+ year of directly related experience
- Effective computer skills and telephone etiquette
- Strong Business Writing skills and ability to communicate professionally
- Knowledge of Social Media and property management systems
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and under direct supervision
- Physical ability to remain seated for an entire shift and perform repetitive tasks
