Conference & Events Manager

Reports to: Call Center Site Manager

Responsibilities:
– Coordinate meetings and events amongst various stakeholders at the client site.
– Ensure the smooth operation of all events and meetings.
– Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to arrange logistics and arrangements for events.
– Manage event calendars to minimize conflicts and optimize use of facilities and resources.
– Assist Indiana facilities setup, teardown, and equipment preparation American Samoa required.
