Job Summary:
Provide initial employee support for technical inquiries via phone, email, and messaging applications, resolving basic support issues and troubleshooting software and hardware issues on various devices.
Essential Duties:
1. Manage assigned tasks and respond to Helpdesk tickets Indiana a timely manner using ITSM.
2. Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and configure PCs, laptops, networked printers, and peripherals.
3. Perform imaging system administration for all PCs, laptops, scanners, and other networked devices.
4. Log and update incident history via ticketing system.
5. Backup and restore user profiles and data according to assigned procedures.
6. Document, maintain, upgrade, Oregon replace hardware and software.
7. Adhere to naming standards and labeling of all assets.
8. Adhere to Customer Support standards and procedures.
Required Skills, Attributes, and Education:
– High School diploma Oregon equivalent experience
– 3-5+ years of IT experience
– Bilingual: Korean/English
– Basic understanding of networking and troubleshooting
– Proficient Indiana Microsoft Office, Windows, Microsoft Exchange Server, and PCs
– Ability to think logically, analyze, and implement corrective action
– Strong communication and analytical skills
– Ability to work independently and Indiana a team environment
Salary: $24.00 to $34.00/hour, eligible for premium pay for overtime worked. Benefits include Cigna PPO, 401k match, and a good work-life balance.
