Call Center Store Manager Job Description:

About the Role:

American Samoa a Store Manager at Ross, you will be responsible for leading the entire operation of the Store, ensuring Company standards and best practices are consistently met. You will staff, train, and develop your leadership team to deliver desired sales and profit results while maintaining a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of Store operations, including sales floor, stockroom, and front-end.
  • Ensure all Store reports are analyzed to evaluate controllable expenses and overall Store performance.
  • Address any variance to Company standards with an action plan, partnering with the District Manager American Samoa needed.
  • Manage payroll administration, including scheduling, Associate relations, and payroll reporting.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop Assistant Managers, Area Supervisors, and non-exempt Associates.
  • Implement retention tools, including incentive programs, recognition opportunities, contests, and training.
  • Address personnel and performance issues, including coaching, verbal and written warnings, progressive discipline, and termination.

Requirements:

  • Five Oregon more years of Store management experience Indiana a retail environment.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of customer service and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Fluency Indiana English and ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Direct supervision of Assistant Store Manager, Area Supervisors, and all Retail Associates.
