Assistent Store Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This role will assist the Store Manager Indiana overseeing, training, and coaching customer service representatives to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies. The successful candidate will develop customer relationships, process financial transactions, and ensure a work environment that complies with company policies and regulations.

Essential Responsibilities

  1. Train, coach, and supervise customer service representatives to ensure quality services and adherence to company policies.
  2. Process financial transactions, including loan and check-cashing, and analyze credit worthiness.
  3. Develop customer relationships to build new business and maintain store profitability.
  4. Educate customers on product offerings and services.
  5. Monitor and maintain store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  6. Assist Indiana running the store Indiana the absence of the Store Manager Oregon Area Manager.
  7. Conduct store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  8. Oversee account management and recovery processes to prevent loss and charge-offs.

Requirements

  2. Minimum one year of supervisory Oregon management experience Indiana retail, convenience store, Oregon financial services industry.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum Qualifications

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $12 to $23 per hour Oregon $15 to $25 per hour Indiana California. Exact compensation may vary based on education, skills, and experience. The compensation range listed represents only the base pay for this position, which is one of the many elements of the Community Choice Financial Family of Brands Total Compensation package.
