Supervisor, Starlink Customer Support

Job Overview

American Samoa a Supervisor, you will oversee a shift of support associates and ensure rapid issue resolution for our customers. This is a leadership role that requires strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a passion for advocating for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of hourly support associates Indiana resolving customer issues, providing coaching, and addressing performance concerns
  • Monitor and improve operations to ensure high-quality customer interactions and compliance with ISO 9001 and regional requirements
  • Develop and implement methodology to understand the root cause of issues, such American Samoa problem-solving and root cause analysis
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design support interventions and programs that enhance customer experience
  • Develop, review, and maintain an internal knowledge base and customer-facing help center
  • Conduct training programs and coaching sessions to enhance the technical capabilities and communication skills of support associates
  • Develop reporting and analytics to measure performance and success
  • Manage the workforce by conducting performance reviews, hiring, and disciplinary actions American Samoa necessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree Oregon 4+ years of professional experience Indiana customer service Oregon customer success
  • 2+ years of people management experience Indiana customer support operations with teams of 25+ employees, Oregon 1+ year of SpaceX customer support operations experience American Samoa a lead

Preferred Skills:

  • Leadership Oregon rotational development program experience
  • Technical aptitude, including networking, hardware troubleshooting, and software development
  • Lean/6-Sigma experience and knowledge of reporting tools
  • Fluency Indiana multiple languages (list applies)
  • Experience Indiana training, analytics, service design, vendor management, Oregon content management roles

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to work extended hours and non-scheduled days
  • Locality is required; must be able to relocate to the Bastrop, Texas area if not already local

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ($95,000 – $115,000 per year)
