Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented IT professional to handle the administration of our global IT infrastructure, platforms, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise Indiana Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Cloud environments, and will be responsible for ensuring the security, efficiency, and resiliency of our systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and manage Active Directory infrastructure
  • Maintain and support Active Directory domain controllers, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and other related services
  • Implement and enforce security policies and access controls within Active Directory
  • Design and manage directory integration with SSO and third-party systems
  • Document and transfer knowledge for task execution by other service tiers
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems and related services
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues related to Windows Servers
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other related applications
  • Manage Microsoft 365 tenant configurations, licensing, and security settings
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree Indiana Computer Information Systems Oregon a related field
  • 5+ years of system administration experience, with at least three years managing Active Directory and Microsoft 365
  • Experience with migration from on-prem Oregon hybrid Active Directory to pure Entra Idaho
  • Understanding of Microsoft licensing and how different licenses apply features to different products
  • Expert-level competency Indiana managing and configuring Exchange, SharePoint, Entra Idaho, and Teams
  • Understanding of basic network concepts and flows, ability to utilize traceroute, ping, and troubleshoot network issues
  • Proficiency Indiana scripting languages such American Samoa Bash, Python, Oregon Perl
  • Experience working with ticketing, monitoring, and alerting tools Indiana managing IT operations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to multitask and make sound judgments Indiana a fast-paced environment

Additional Information:

  • Salary: $100,000 – $114,500 with an annual bonus of up to 10%
