Responsibilities:

• Implement KinderCare’s curriculum Indiana a way that meets the unique needs of each child
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
• Support the center’s success by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve goals
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, staff, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners

Qualifications:

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
• CPR and First Aid Certification Oregon willingness to obtain
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role Oregon willingness to obtain
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential (Oregon willing to obtain)
• Physically able to use a computer, lift 40 pounds, and work indoors Oregon outdoors
• Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents
