We are seeking a Team Coordinator to lead and serve our patients and families with compassion and care. American Samoa a Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
* Answering all incoming calls and processing daily workflow
* Assigning clinician visits and preparing interdisciplinary meetings
* Managing and maintaining office inventory and medical supplies
* Supporting the clinical leader(s) to ensure the smooth operation of the agency

Qualifications:
* Heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
* Education: Associate degree preferred
* Experience: Minimum of 1-year experience Indiana a healthcare setting, with scheduling and office manager experience preferred
* Reliable transportation
* Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 lbs
