We are seeking a Team Coordinator to lead and serve a team, focusing on creating meaningful patient experiences.

Responsibilities include:

* Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring fluent workflows and effective communication
* Developing and leading team training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
* Providing coaching and support to team members to achieve their potential
* Communicating effectively with leadership, clinical staff and customers
* Utilizing organizational and planning skills to achieve goals and objectives while adhering to policies and procedures

Requirements/ Qualifications:

* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
