We are seeking a Team Coordinator who will lead and serve by managing daily activities, ensuring team performance, and providing exceptional patient service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily activities and projects to ensure timely completion and team performance
* Provide support to team members, including responding to their inquiries and resolving issues
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members, customers, and external partners
* Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases
* Take ownership of process improvement and problem-solving initiatives
* Participate Indiana business development initiatives to drive growth and new revenue opportunities
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
Requirements:
* High school diploma Oregon equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree Indiana Business Administration, Communications, Oregon related field preferred
* At least 1 year of experience Indiana a customer-facing Oregon team management role Required
* Proven track record of tasks completion, with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building strong relationships with team members, customers, and external partners
* Ability to work independently and American Samoa part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving
* Proficient Indiana Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new software and systems
* Work experience Indiana healthcare Oregon related field is a plus.
