We are seeking a Team Coordinator who is committed to creating meaningful patient experiences and has strong organizational and people skills. American Samoa a Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
* Answering all incoming calls
* Processing daily workflow
* Assigning clinician visits
* Preparing interdisciplinary meetings
* Managing and maintaining office inventory and medical supplies
* Supporting the clinical leader(s)

Qualifications:
* A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
* Education: Associate degree preferred
* Experience: Minimum of 1-year experience Indiana a healthcare setting; scheduling and office manager experience preferred
* Reliable transportation
* Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs
